The group has been in business for over 32 years gaining a wealth of knowledge across many construction methods during this period. As a group we have completed over 1,000 building projects of varying sizes but all of equal importance.

Working With Us
Felix Bolger (our MD) has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry. Felix works closely with the commercial team who include Rob Mulcahy (Commercial Manager) and Dave Broomfield (General Manager).
We have a comprehensive in-house design team including two full time architectural technicians with engineering experience together with a sales team alone with more than 60 years’ design experience between them, not to mention the remainder of the team. This comprehensive design package comes as part of our service.
Once the project progresses passed the feasibility stage we involve our architect, Nigel Rockley (BA (Arch), DipArch, Dip AP, RIBA) and our structural engineer, Andy Richardson, BSc, CEng, MICE, MIStructE and get the plans checked by our link building inspectors, after this we will be able to provide you with the comfort of a fixed agreed project price.
Our design service coupled with our ability to project manage the entire process from planning and building regulations, health and safety, construction and site management means we will deliver a stress free building development on time and to budget. We will give you one dedicated full time project manager which eliminates the need for you to manage multiple sub-contractors with split responsibilities.
